• The house sleeps 14 people.

• There is a fully-equipped kitchen, large living room, dining room, laundry room with washer & dryer, and a patio off the dining room.

• Plus there is a large family room and 5th bedroom with three full-sized beds downstairs in our newly-remodeled finished basement.

• Conveniences include central air conditioning, 2 cable televisions, VCR (some children's videos, toys and books), microwave, dishwasher, telephone, queen-sized beds, cribs and highchairs, iron & ironing board, hair dryers.

• There is also a sturdy foosball table in the family room for guests to enjoy.

• Two custom-made mattresses which are child-size are available, as well as a queen air mattress (bed-height). Children are welcome.

• A large backyard with a shade tree and plenty of open space for your enjoyment. There's a park two minutes away.

• This house is very clean. No smoking inside house. Sorry, no pets. Open year 'round.
